Privacy Policy

Seriusin is an Indonesian matchmaking service. We collect and process personal data only to run profile submission, admin review, payment verification, and approved social publishing.

Data we collect

We may collect name, nickname, gender, birth date, city, province, contact details, social usernames, education, work, family background, personal values, marriage intent, partner preference, photos, payment proof, and consent records.

For admins, we may collect account email, role, login data from Supabase Auth, and connected Instagram or Threads account data needed for publishing.

How we use data

We use data to receive submissions, let submitters choose public fields, verify payment, prepare public profile previews, publish approved posts, handle support, and keep audit logs.

Public data

Phone number, exact address, payment proof, bank or payment account details, and admin notes are never public. Email and social usernames are public only if the submitter allows it.

Service providers

We use Supabase for database and admin authentication, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, Cloudflare Pages for this website, and Meta APIs for Instagram and Threads publishing when an admin connects an account.

Retention

We keep submission, payment, and audit data as long as needed to run the service, meet legal duties, prevent abuse, and answer user requests. Deleted records may remain in backups for a limited time.
