Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Seriusin to delete your personal data or disconnect a connected Meta account.

Submitter deletion request

Email privacy@seriusin.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include the email, phone number, or submission ID used in your submission so we can find the record.

Admin Meta account disconnect

An invited admin can open the Seriusin dashboard, go to Social Settings, and disconnect Instagram or Threads. This disables the stored token for that platform.

What we delete

We delete or anonymize profile data, contact data, photos, generated public assets, and stored social tokens where deletion is allowed. Payment and audit records may be retained when needed for accounting, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Response time

We try to respond within 30 days after we can verify the request.
